We bought our unit from Strongbuilt a year and a half ago, and I have been very satisfied with their service. To me, it is the little things that make a big difference with companies. Strongbuilt pays attention to the little details, which I very much appreciate. When we needed a new unit, there was a scheduling mistake, and the owner himself called to make things right. When I call now, I love that I get to talk to somebody (a real person!) immediately. They work very hard to treat costumers right- things like texting when they are on their way, allowing you to track the truck, even little things like putting on shoe covers to walk inside. They have always shown up on time, usually in the early part of the time window provided. It seems like they truly care about customer satisfaction with surveys and follow-up emails, which is great. Every person who has come out has been very friendly and polite, today Mike Ballard fixed our unit and he was wonderful. Not only did he fix our heater, but he also took the time to clean up everything, and then thoroughly tested the unit to make sure there was nothing else wrong.
